We’re building the new Santana Motors network together
At Santana Motors, we’re living a very special moment: step by step, we’re building the dealer network that will mark our return to the Spanish automotive market… and the beginning of our international expansion. This week, we hosted an important event in Madrid with our current and potential commercial partners — a day to share strategy, excitement and, above all, the future.
We gathered at the Centro Deportivo Militar La Dehesa, a place full of symbolism for us, as it recalls an essential part of our history as a supplier of military vehicles. There, we presented the plans that will shape this new chapter and unveiled, for the first time, the model that will lead our relaunch after more than a decade of inactivity.
A strong and growing network
We’re proud to say that we’ve already signed agreements with 25 dealers across Spain, allowing us to cover 80% of the national territory. And we won’t stop there: by the end of this year, we’ll reach 100%. We’ve also taken our first steps beyond our borders, with new partnerships in Portugal (Lisbon), Italy (Milan), Gibraltar and Andorra. This is how our international expansion begins.
We’ve also signed a strategic agreement with a specialized spare parts partner, ensuring the supply and maintenance of both our historic vehicles and the new generation that’s about to arrive.
A day full of excitement
During the event, our management team — led by Eduardo Blanco (CEO) and Enrique Lorenzana (CCO) and Valentin Rouss (CMO) — shared with attendees the brand, business and marketing strategies that will guide this return. Then came one of the most anticipated moments: lifting the cover and discovering the new Santana off-roader together.
Our guests not only got a close look at the vehicle, but also experienced its off-road capabilities first-hand, joining professional drivers on a specially prepared course. It was an emotional moment because it showed that we’re no longer just talking about a project: this comeback is real.
“The celebration of our Dealer Day marks the true beginning of Santana Motors’ return alongside our new partners. It has been an exciting day, one in which we shared our strategy and felt the enthusiasm of the first members of our network, who were also the first to get inside the new vehicle,” said our CEO, Eduardo Blanco. “We are now ready to bring Santana back to life in Spain and across Europe.”
Our CCO, Enrique Lorenzana, summed it up perfectly: “Talking about Santana Motors is talking about the history of the Spanish automotive industry. Just mentioning our comeback was enough to spark excitement. Even before revealing our vehicles, we had already signed agreements with more than twenty dealers. We’re building this network with trusted partners, through direct and close relationships, and we’ve taken the first steps in Italy, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar. We all share the same conviction: to restore Santana Motors to its place as a benchmark for reliability and unmatched off-road capabilities.”
What’s next
This is just the beginning of our journey. We’re continuing to build our European commercial network, in conversation with new dealer groups, and very soon we’ll officially present the first vehicle of this new generation — a true off-roader that preserves the original Santana spirit, while offering modern finishes, innovative technology and solutions adapted to today’s market needs.
We’re excited to share this journey with our partners and with everyone who has always believed in Santana Motors. Our comeback is underway… and this is only the beginning.
